Jeff Stevens is the Vice President of Home Lending for California, Nevada, and Arizona at Columbia Bank, where he leads a dynamic team of loan officers with a focus on delivering exceptional service and results. With over two decades of experience in home lending, Jeff began his career as a loan officer in 2003 and joined Umpqua Bank in 2011, where he transitioned into a producing manager role.

He specializes in first-time homebuyer programs, construction loans, and investment property financing, and has a deep passion for guiding clients through every stage of homeownership—from buying their first home to building their dream home. Jeff is equally dedicated to mentoring and supporting his team, helping loan officers grow their business and elevate the client experience.

Jeff earned his B.A. in History from California State University, Chico. His global perspective is shaped by his volunteer work with the Peace Corps in Slovakia and two years teaching English in Brazil. Most recently, he completed the Activate Leadership program in 2025, further strengthening his commitment to leadership and community impact.
