Fred Lambright is an experienced manager in providing leadership and direction to achieve established goals and objectives.  Utilizing project management skills and expertise in strategic planning, budget analysis, and compliance monitoring focused primarily in the financial and non-profit industries.  In his experience developing partnerships with diverse groups such as financial institutions, non-profit organizations and local government agencies, he has been successful in strategically aligning varying objectives to accomplish win-win results.  This ability to establish results oriented relationships to address issues and implement the desired solutions is a value added to maintain a portfolio of accounts.
